How we protect your website

Moving to us

A carefully planned move with disruption kept to a minimum

We assess what needs to be moved, create a copy on the new hosting service and test it before the final switch.

Your existing website normally stays available while the copy is built and tested. No migration is entirely without disruption, but the switch is the only part you should notice.

We review your existing website, email and technical setup. We then explain what can be moved, what access we need and whether anything requires special attention.

Files, databases and eligible mailboxes are copied to the new service. We test the migrated version while your current website remains active.

Once the migrated website has been checked, we coordinate the final switch and complete the remaining checks.
