How we protect your site
Kingsley or Ellistone
The difference between our two server products is not power. It is who picks up the work.
On Kingsley, the monitoring, the operating system updates, the certificate renewals and the backup checks are ours. You do not log into a control panel to keep the server healthy, because keeping it healthy is not your job. On Ellistone you get root access and the whole machine, and all of that becomes yours.
If you would rather run the machine yourself, Ellistone is the one built for that.
Where the line sits
Managed does not mean we build your website. We look after the hosting platform and the technical work around it. Design changes, new pages and application development belong to Ripley or to your own developer.
