Product scope, resources and responsibility boundaries

1. How to read these descriptions

1.1

These descriptions state the standard scope and responsibility boundary. The Order confirms the selected tier, current price, billing period, any optional add-on and any agreed variation.

1.2

Current prices are shown before purchase and on the Order rather than fixed in this document, so a lawful future price change does not silently alter technical scope.

1.3

All hosted plans use the London, United Kingdom location unless the Order says otherwise.

2. Platform provisions

2.1

Hosting plans include supported SSL, CDN and edge caching, platform malware and security tooling, StackCP access where appropriate, and platform-level monitoring according to the service type.

2.2

Unlimited bandwidth or CDN means no fixed metered allowance for ordinary use of the service and remains subject to fair use and platform protection under the Hosting Acceptable Use Policy.

2.3

Where Timeline Backups Pro is included, retention is up to 30 days for website files, 60 days for databases and 30 days for eligible mailboxes. Individual snapshot recovery is not guaranteed.

3. Ashford - Web Hosting

3.1

Ashford is shared, self-managed web hosting. Little Moo manages the platform, network, SSL, CDN and included backups. The customer manages site content, CMS, plugins, themes, users and application-level security.

3.2

Every tier includes supported SSL, CDN, platform security tooling, application installers and the mailbox allowance shown below.

4. Kingsley - Managed Hosting

4.1

Kingsley adds managed platform and routine website technical work, including monitoring and updates stated in the Order. It does not include design, content, new functionality or unlimited development.

4.2

The customer remains responsible for content, editors, licences, custom code and commercial decisions.

5. Alderley - Managed WordPress

5.1

Alderley is WordPress-focused managed hosting. Included core, theme and plugin updates, monitoring, caching and backups are applied within the purchased scope.

5.2

Compatibility work, premium licences, custom code, redesign and remediation of pre-existing defects are excluded unless agreed.

6. Hawthorne - Business Email

6.1

Hawthorne supplies business mailboxes on the customer’s domain with webmail, supported IMAP/POP/SMTP access, forwarding, autoresponders, spam filtering and DKIM/DMARC tools.

6.2

It is not a bulk-marketing platform. Current operational sending and message limits are stated below.

7. Ellistone - Unmanaged VPS

7.1

Ellistone supplies dedicated virtual CPU, RAM and SSD resources with root access and a supported operating-system image.

7.2

The customer manages and secures the operating system, firewall, software, users, licences, monitoring, applications and backups. Little Moo supports the host, hypervisor, provisioning and upstream network.

7.3

Timeline Backups Pro and managed backups are not included with Ellistone unless separately purchased and confirmed in the Order.

7.4

Only Launch, Select, Premier and Signature are currently offered publicly. Higher upstream configurations are not part of the public range unless separately quoted.

8. Ripley - Website Care

8.1

Ripley is a quoted recurring care arrangement. The Order states the websites, update schedule, checks, content-change allowance, response route, monthly fee and exclusions.

8.2

Unused allowance does not carry forward unless agreed. Redesign, new templates, substantial features and major remediation are separately quoted.

9. Migrations

9.1

Migration scope is confirmed after review of the source service. The former service must remain active until written completion and customer checks.

9.2

The customer must check websites, databases, forms, DNS and mailboxes during the agreed verification period. Data created after the final synchronisation is not guaranteed to transfer.

10. Email platform limits

10.1

Standard current limits are: 8,000 authenticated SMTP messages per mailbox per 24 hours; 10,000 total and 2,000 unique recipients per day; maximum 100 recipients per message; 50 outgoing messages per day for a new mailbox during its first seven days; and 500 website-generated messages per day.

10.2

Attachments are accepted up to 32MB and the network message maximum is 50MB. A full mailbox may reject incoming mail rather than queue it.

11. Ordering controls

11.1

The website and WHMCS Order must show the exact tier, storage, mailbox count or VPS resources, management scope, backup inclusion, billing period, renewal price and minimum term before purchase.

11.2

If the Order differs from this standard description, the Order must identify the variation clearly.
